The Challenge

The Red Hat Society engaged [iS2 Digital] to build a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to more effectively manage their subscribers, members, and events.

The Solution

[iS2 Digital] worked with Red Hat Society stakeholders to finalize admin- and user-facing business requirements, then implemented a customized software solution using both Drupal and CiviCRM frameworks while maintaining a strict awareness of budget constraints.

Women of any age are encouraged to join (those under 50 don a pink hat until they "REDuate"), emphasizing the value of cross-generational friendships and mentoring.
